A mixed use development incorporating retail and leisure development opportunities, the proposed scheme will include in excess of 80,000 sq ft of retail warehouses, health and fitness, food and drink and a sixty bed hotel.

The development will create am impressive entrance to the Middlehaven Regeneration area on the banks of the River Tees in Middlesbrough.

TH have obtained detailed planning consent for the following:

- 85,000sqft non food retail warehouse units

- 45,000sqft health and fitness unit

- 60 bed hotel

- Public House

- Food court

- 2 x Restaurant units

We are currently in detailed discussions with a number of retail occupiers aswell as having agreed deals on the health and fitness, hotel, pub and restaurant units. This scheme will see the development of a prominent 16 acre site fronting the A66 in Middlesbrough.
