Terrace Hill and joint venture partners Doughty Hanson will redevelop the Howick Street site to provide contemporary high quality office accommodation as part of a mixed-use scheme with residential and retail elements.
The site was acquired in December 2006 and the exisiting building of 155,000 sq ft was previously used as the headquarters and back office facilities for the House of Fraser along with a retail function allied to their Victoria Street store.
