We have received planning consent for 108,300 sq ft of B1/B2/B3 accommodation on a site of approximately five acres.

Phase 1 comprises 59,740 sq ft and is pre-sold to Kondor. The remaining 48,560 sq ft is currently under construction with 40% of the units sold off plan. The units range from 1,100 sq ft to 13,500 sq ft with completion due in January 2012. Phase 3 comprises design and build opportunities ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 60,000 sq ft
