Description
Middlehaven is the 200 acre overall scheme being run by Tees Valley Regeneration, the Terrace Hill section is the first phase of Middlehaven and is called Manhattan Gate. This consists of 5 buildings totalling 142,500 sq ft of net letable area. The first building, Hudson Quay 1 is due for completion Summer 2005.
