Preferred developer status granted by Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council for the development of 139,355 sq m / 1.5 million sq ft business park on the banks of the Tyne at Gateshead, Tyne & Wear. First phase of infrastructure work complete June 2005. October 2005 we were granted planning permission for the first 3 office buildings, totalling nearly 90,000 sq ft on the business quarter, one of which will commence early 2006.
