Baltic Business Quarter

Preferred developer status granted by Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council for the development of 139,355 sq m / 1.5 million sq ft business park over looking the River Tyne at Gateshead, Tyne & Wear.

First phase of infrastructure work complete June 2005 and we have now completed two major offices buildings Baltimore House (24500 sqft) and the new regional and European HQ for the Open University (19500 sq ft). in addition the new 160 000 sq ft Gateshead College opened in spring 2008 and we now have planning consent for the Design Centre for the North (45 000 sq ft)
