  • Concept & Location

    Terrace Hill are developing a new mixed use residential, hotel and headquarters office scheme in the heart of Southampton with a strong emphasis on sustainability and local amenity.

    Mayflower Point is located within a 5 minute walk of Southampton Central Station and has excellent road links to the M3 and M27.

  • Accommodation

    The development comprises 116,928 sq.ft of Grade A office space across 8 floors. The specification of the accommodation includes four pipe fan coil comfort cooling, 2.8m floor to ceiling heights and a feature double height reception.

    Planning has been granted for 180 residential units including 25% affordable housing. Part of the site has been forward sold to Crest Nicholson.

    Plans for a 150 bed hotel have also been approved and a hotel operator has bought part of the site.
