An Oxford graduate and chartered accountant with substantial corporate financial experience formerly with Arthur Andersen & Co, Robert formed Terrace Hill Ltd in 1984. He is also executive chairman of Melrose Resources Plc and a non-executive director of Chameleon Trust Plc.

Jon is a qualified chartered accountant who has been active in the property sector since 1989. He joined Terrace Hill in September 2008 from Goodman Property Investors where he was director responsible for product development. He was previously chief financial officer at Arlington Securities and before that Pricoa Property Investment Management.

A Chartered Surveyor, Eric joined Terrace Hill in 1995 bringing development surveying skills gained at English Estates, WH Smith, Burtons and Ladbrokes. He has developed our 'hands on' procurement model and leads a team of 5 coordinators who successfully deliver our market beating value for money developments.

Having graduated from Reading University in 1999 Barry qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001. Barry was previously an Associate Director with Atisreal, London. Having relocated to Bristol, Barry joined Terrace Hill in Jan 2008 as a Project Co-ordinator.

A Chartered Surveyor, Simon joined Terrace Hill in 2008 and specialises in retail development throughout the UK. Simon spent the past 5 years as a partner at Knight Frank in Leeds with previous employers including Gerald Eve and Christie and Co.

A Chartered Civil Engineer with substantial private sector construction management experience. He joined Terrace Hill in 2004 and is responsible for project development in the north of England and Scotland.

Miranda graduated from Strathclyde University and qualified as a Solicitor with McGrigor Donald, Glasgow. She joined the Group in 1996 and is also Company Secretary. Miranda is based in the Glasgow office.

Graduated from Reading University and worked with Conrad Ritblat for five years before joining Terrace Hill in 1993. A Chartered Surveyor, Robert specialises in commercial development and investment in London and the South of England.

Andy is a Chartered Surveyor who has joined Terrace Hill to launch and run their Manchester office.  He has worked in the Northwest commercial property market for over 25 years. Previously he spent 15 years with Maple Grove Developments as Development Director.

Steven has worked in project management since 1990 for Johnson Jackson Jeff and for RG Group from 1997 before joining Terrace Hill in 2005. He has a Masters degree in Management and Construction Law from Kingston University and is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and the Association of Project Management.

A chartered surveyor, Philip was with Strutt and Parker's investment agency team before joining Terrace Hill in 1993. He established and ran the North East office from 1994 before being appointed Chief Executive in 2005.

Philip joined Terrace Hill in 2005. He was formerly at Morley Fund Management for 15 years and, prior to that, Cluttons. In his last five years at Morley he had responsibility for the asset management of the Norwich Union Life Fund provincial office portfolio, totalling approximately £700m. As well as investment management, Philip has also been involved with some award winning development schemes, including the first mixed use scheme in Leeds and Edinburgh City Council's new 200,000 sq ft Headquarters at Waverley Station. Philip specialises in proactive asset and fund management across the UK, utilising Terrace Hill's local office network and knowledge alongside the company's primary development skills base.

Duncan joined Terrace Hill in March 2003 having worked in the property development sector in Scotland for 15 years. He is responsible for commercial development opportunities in northern England and Scotland.

Andy is a graduate of the University of Warwick, a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Association of Corporate Treasurers and has several years of senior treasury experience within the real estate sector gained at Chelsfield plc, Travelodge Hotels Ltd and Goodman. Prior to this Andy was an accountant and treasurer within the media sector.

A Chartered Surveyor, Adam worked for Strutt & Parker for eight years prior to spending two years with Hunting Gate Developments. He joined Terrace Hill in 1996 where he specialises in commercial development in West and South West England and Wales.

Ben qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with GVA Grimley in London and has since worked with Matthews & Goodman and King Sturge before joining Terrace Hill in 2007. He specialises in commercial development in London and the South East.

A Chartered Surveyor with a broad range of experience across the construction sectors, James is from a project management/quantity surveyor background and he joined Terrace Hill in January 2004 from Spicer Consult.

A Chartered Surveyor, Martin worked with GVA Grimley for 11 years and subsequently spent 4 years as Head of Property with Reg Vardy plc. He joined Terrace Hill in 2004 and specialises in commercial development throughout the North of England.

A chartered Surveyor who joined Terrace Hill in October 2000 with five years previous experience at Capital & Regional. He is responsible for commercial investment and development in the Home Counties and Southern England.

Tom is a qualified chartered accountant who has worked in the property sector since 1988. He joined Terrace Hill in 1996.
