Terrace Hill have achieved practical completion of the first phase of the Pinewoods scheme on Nine Mile Ride in Wokingham.
In April 2005, Terrace Hill acquired the former 120,000 sq.ft Hewlett Packard training facility on a 20 acre site designated as a 'Green Wedge' (with a presumption against further development).
Johnson & Johnson subsequently approached Terrace Hill for a European HQ. Working together through delicate negotiations, the permitted planning density was increased substantially to meet Johnson & Johnson's specific needs for future expansion.
Following their freehold acquisition of the site, Johnson & Johnson retained Terrace Hill to deliver the first phase of the scheme comprising 120,000 sq.ft office space. This was successfully completed in August 2008.
