Terrace Hill Pre-Lets Quantum 2, Maidenhead to Biogen Idec

Terrace Hill, in a joint venture with DevCap Partnership, has pre-let one of the two office buildings at its Quantum scheme on Vanwall Road in Maidenhead, Berkshire to Biogen Idec.

The biological and medical research firm has taken the entire 53,584 sq ft (4,978 sq m) Quantum 2 building on a new 15-year lease at an annual rent of £1.6 million. Terrace Hill is completing a turnkey building for Biogen which will be completed at the end of August.

The first phase of the scheme, Quantum 1, is being developed speculatively  providing 70,000 sq ft (6,503 sq m) of grade A office space and is to be launched on 14 May.
