At 17 February 2012, Caledonia Investments PLC held 17,600,000 ordinary shares of 2.0 pence, equivalent to 8.3% of the issued share capital of the company. The company is not aware of any other holding (other than the Chairman’s holding noted in Directors’ share dealings) in excess of 3.0% of the issued share capital of the company.
